Decide which of the four “directions” most closely describes your personal style (i.e., preference when working in a group).

Strengths (4 adjectives):
1. well-organized
2. direction-oriented
3. focused (can see the big picture)
4. Structured (in control of timing)

Limitations (4 adjectives):
1. anal
2. obsessive
3. controlling
4. inflexible

Most difficult style to work with? Why?
South. We don't care about your feelings. Let's just get the job done right the first time!

NTK to collaborate with you effectively?
We're not interested in making you feel good. We wish to get the job done without the need to backtrack or second-guess everything. We do not need to have unnecessary conversations. We value our time. We're impatient with off-task chit-chat. We feel that everyone in the group needs to have their role and be responsible for their task.

What do you value about other three styles?
East - We also like to see the big picture (just not talk about it for days)
South - It's nice that you care about people's feelings
North - We also want to "get started" just like you but we want to know the details first (so that we don't have to start over)
